​Hello, my name is Rob and I love computers! Over the past 30+ years, I have taught myself how to use and fix computers and troubleshoot a variety of problems. ​​

Along the way, friends would mention they were having this or that problem and I found I could help solve their problem many times. Because I enjoy working with computers and helping others, I formed More Tech Savvy. Whether you need a hardware upgrade, are battling computer "issues", or just want to learn how to better use your device, there's a good chance I can help you. I can guarantee I'm cheaper than the guys at the corner store. Here's how I can help you!

I also help fix common problems with your PC. I can remove viruses and malware, do a computer tune up, upgrade your PC's hardware or operating system, configure a backup system so your valuable files are not lost if your computer crashes, fix printer issues or troubleshoot any other problems you are having. I believe technology should be fun and not frustrating. I offer a variety of training including: one-on-help using your computer, phone or tablet, training to trouble shoot your computer and group presentations/individual training at senior living homes. You can also check here to see some programs I recommend to help get you organized and make your life easier. Whatever your situation, contact me and let's see how I can help you be more tech savvy. 

Prices

  • ​Hourly Rates/Specials: Click here for current rates and specials
  • Estimates Quoted Up Front: I will quote you a flat rate or an hourly rate based on the type of work to be done. Hourly estimates include the amount to be charged and the estimated time to complete the job.
  • Personal Plan/Business Plan: Depending on the work to be done, you can be put on a personal plan or business plan. All work will be scheduled promptly, but business plan members generally have a 24 hour-or-less response time. If your computer is down, your business is down and More Tech Savvy will get you back in business quickly!
